I have been in this breed for 25 years, and during that time, I have seen the Amstaf breed change. I have not seen the exterior of the dogs change so much, but the temperament has changed dramatically!

I have been in this breed for 25 years, and during that time, I have seen the Amstaf breed change. I have not seen the exterior of the dogs change so much, but the temperament has changed dramatically! Looking back and thinking about this, I would say breeders who are breeding for the show ring have changed the character and temperament of the amstaf for the worse! In addition, I would like to point out that I am talking about the dogs I have seen in the countries that I live or have been showing in.
